
Minnesota’s Blue Book Is Now Available. Do You Know What It Is?
Most of know who the President is, and I’d say that most Minnesotans are aware who the Governor is as well. But what about some of the other important positions in state government.
If you needed to reach out to someone about a certain matter, would you easily know who to go to or even find out who the person you needed to contact is? Sure you can go to the internet, but there will still likely be a series of searches before find who you’re looking for.
What Is The Blue Book?
The Minnesota Secretary of State is trying to make it easier for you to be able to find what you want to find and know what you want to know about your state with the Minnesota Legislative Manual or “The Blue Book” as it is called.

Inside The Blue Book, you’ll have access to practically everything that is involved with Minnesota Government. You will find information on the State Legislature, State Executive Offices, State Agency Offices as well as Judiciary offices.
The Judiciary Offices will include information on local, state, and tribal governments. Plus you’ll be able to see election results from the elections that were held since the last printing of The Blue Book.
The book is printed every two years, and the edition that is available now is for the 2025 and 2026 years.You can download the book if you would like to have direct access to it from your computer, tablet or phone. You can also order a copy if you would like to have the hard-back version. You’ll need to send $5.97 and a self addressed padded envelope to the following address:
