Cold Spring Native Eric Decker Retires from NFL

Former Rocori Spartan multi-sport star Eric Decker announced his retirement from the NFL on Sunday afternoon on Instagram.

Decker, who had previously played for the Denver Broncos, Tennessee Titans and New York Jets, was trying to earn a roster spot with the New England Patriots. Over his eight year career, Decker caught 439 passes for 5,816 yards and 53 touchdowns.
