We have all been waiting quite awhile for summer weather, and with that, the June 1st Minnesota Stay Safe order which is allowing bars and restaurants to open outdoor seating.

Some restaurants in the St. Cloud area already had this covered with a great patio, some have had to get creative.

Downtown St. Cloud is closing down 5th Avenue by 1st Street.  This is so the bars and restaurants in that area can implement some seating that will expand into the parking area and road.  So, keep in mind, you will need to utilize one of the parking ramps when you plan to come downtown to have lunch or dinner, or maybe a few cocktails.

Some of the restaurants like Granite City Brewery already had a great patio, and some others did too.. but most have had to add something new.  Just remember that you will need to make reservations before coming to any of the restaurants that you would like to eat or drink.

- You will need to make a reservation

- Employees will need to wear masks, and customers are encouraged to do so.  (might be hard to eat and/or drink that way)

-No more than 50 people at one time

-Tables must be at least 6 feet apart with no more than 4 people at each table.  You can have up to 6 people from the same family.

Within the next phase, there will be some indoor dining allowed.  But there is no time frame on when the next phase will happen.
