Especially when they are at their smallest, you’ll likely need a little help in keeping them safe in the bath. One company that makes seats for babies has recalled their product.

Last week Bebamour informed the US Consumer Product Safety Commission that they are recalling their baby bath seats with the model number “T-186”.

There are actually two issues with this baby bath seat. First, the seat is said to be unstable in the water and can tip over with the baby sitting in it.

The other problem that Bebamour reported to the Consumer Product Safety Commission is the fact that the leg openings are wider than regulations allow. The opening of the leg holes could allow your child to slip out into the water which could result in serious injury or drowning.

These seats were sold only in green and have four big suction cups on the bottom and have three bath toys with them. The measurements of these recalled seats are 14 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 9 inches high.

The Bebamour seats were sold on the company's website but were also readily available on amazon.com.

If you own one of these baby bath seats, you need to stop using it immediately and email amanda@babyleading.com on how to get a full refund.
