Saturday is Another Free Park Day in Minnesota

Saturday is another Free Park Day in Minnesota. Each of the parks in the state will have free admission all day.
Saturday will be the third “free park day” of four that have been scheduled for 2024. These days are designed to get people back into the state's parks and remind residents of what lies all around us year-round.
No matter where you are in the state, you are likely no more than about 30 miles away from a state park, so Saturday is a very good chance for you to get to know a favorite area you’ve not been to in a while or discover a new area.
The Free Park Days do not cover amenity or user fees for camping, rentals or special tours.

If you would like to spend the night, you won’t have to have a vehicle permit for Saturday, the free permit will be good until the designated check-out time.
The weather for Saturday looks nice to this point, this may be a good time for you and your family to make memories outside this weekend.
