Brad’s son Max was the starting quarterback for the University of North Carolina last season when they opened last season against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

Max was seriously injured in that game against Minnesota, he broke his leg. The injury was so severe that he had to undergo surgery to repair his right leg before he could return to North Carolina.

The expectation was that Max could make a full recovery but that it would be a long road of rehab and therapy.

Brad took to his “X” or twitter account two weeks after the injury to thank the doctors and nurses and those who provided care for his son in a town where he has some fond memories.

Brad has continued his trick shots that he has started mastering to provide content for those who supported his career and for those who enjoy tackling the impossible trick shots.

Meanwhile, Max was pushing his body to first learn to walk again and then to get himself in position to play college football again.

Last week Max posted a video that chronicles his journey. You see him lying in a hospital bed and then you each phase of his journey along the way. Just watching the process, I had a tremendous respect for his commitment to getting back on the field.

As the title for Max’s video said “Grinding! Looking forward to the season.
